We accept exchanges within 1-4 business days of the delivery dateāno later. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We must receive the original order before shipping any replacement items.
Please note: We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are valued at the current price of the original item, not any sale price. The exchanged item must be of equal value to the replacement. No refunds will be issued for lower-value items, and if the replacement item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.
We can hold or reserve items for up to 24 hours for our customers.
